Terms and Conditions for Vidveda

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vidveda platform, which connects Ayurvedic professionals with individuals or organizations seeking Ayurvedic services (“Services”). By using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our platform.
Definitions
Vidveda: The marketplace platform connecting Ayurvedic professionals with users.
User: Any individual or organization using the Vidveda platform to seek or offer Ayurvedic services.
Ayurvedic Professional: Independent contractors (ICs) who list their services on the Vidveda platform.
Services: Ayurvedic consultations and lifestyle guidance provided through the platform.
Use of Platform
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use Vidveda. By using the platform, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Account Registration: To access certain features of the platform, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.
Marketplace Use: Vidveda serves as a marketplace where Ayurvedic professionals and customers can connect. We do not provide Ayurvedic services directly but facilitate communication and transactions between users.
User Obligations
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering or using the platform. You are responsible for any consequences arising from the use of inaccurate information.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:

Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim an affiliation with any person or entity.
Engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt the functionality of the platform or other users.
Ayurvedic Professional Relationship
Ayurvedic professionals listed on the platform are independent contractors (ICs), not employees of Vidveda. The professional relationship is between the Ayurvedic professional and the customer.
Vidveda is not responsible for the quality or outcome of the services provided by Ayurvedic professionals. It is recommended that customers review profiles, qualifications, and reviews before engaging in services.
Business Model and Fees
Service Fees: Vidveda charges service fees to either Ayurvedic professionals or customers for using the platform. The applicable fees will be clearly stated during the booking process.
Payment: All payments for services booked through Vidveda are processed through our third-party payment providers. You agree to pay all charges for services provided.
Privacy and Data Collection
Your use of Vidveda is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
Vidveda owns all intellectual property rights to the platform, including but not limited to content, software, and trademarks.
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from Vidveda without our prior written consent.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Disclaimers: Vidveda provides the platform “as is” and makes no warranties or representations regarding the quality or reliability of the services provided by Ayurvedic professionals.
Limitation of Liability: Vidveda’s liability to you for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of your use of the platform shall be limited to the total amount you have paid for services through the platform within the last three months.
Termination
By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or by following the instructions within your account settings.
By Vidveda: Vidveda reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in prohibited conduct.
Dispute Resolution
